Welcome to Mehayom!

Mehayom values your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy

describes what information we collect from you, how we collect it, how we use it, how we obtain

your consent, how long we keep it in our databases and, if necessary, with whom we share it.

By downloading, installing, and using the Mehayom mobile application, you agree to the

practices described in this privacy policy. Use of the application is also subject to our terms and

conditions and our End User Agreement.

In this privacy policy, the words “platform” and “application” refer to the Mehayom mobile

application, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Mehayom” refer to Mehayom, and “you” and “user” refer

to you, the user of Mehayom.

This privacy policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after we

make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy

periodically for updates. This privacy policy has been developed and is maintained in accordance

with all applicable national and international privacy and data protection laws and regulations.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The personal data of users collected and processed through the Mehayom mobile application

(available on Google Play and the App Store) will be the responsibility of and handled by:

2. HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR CONSENT

By using the Mehayom app, users acknowledge and agree that their personal data is processed

on the basis of their express and informed consent, as well as other legal bases applicable under

current regulations in different jurisdictions, including Israeli data protection laws, the European

Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and US privacy regulations. Such consent is

an essential condition for using the app's features, especially those related to creating accounts,

tracking habits, and purchasing premium subscriptions.

The user's consent is deemed to have been given when they perform, among others, the

following activities:

• Downloading and installing the app on a mobile device through the App Store or Google

Play.

• Registering a user account within the application.• Using the application's features, including habit tracking, personalized challenges,

support tools, and educational resources.

• Responding to questions related to lifestyle and personal progress that the application

may request.

• Digitally signing forms or internal processes within the application.

• Purchase of premium subscriptions and payment processing through RevenueCat, Apple

Pay, or Google Pay.

• Communication with the support team or the app's official contact channels.

• Any other interaction that involves the provision of personal information, usage data,

or participation in activities offered by the app.

In accordance with applicable regulations, consent may be revoked at any time by the user,

without retroactive effect, although such revocation may affect the continued use of the app's

features or access to premium services. In the European Union, consent constitutes one of the

legal bases for the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; in

Israel, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law of 1981 and its amendments; and in the

United States, in those jurisdictions where express consent is required for certain data collection

and use practices.

3. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

By using the Mehayom application, users provide and allow the collection of various types of

data as a result of the activities described above, including downloading and installing the

application, registering an account, using the available features, purchasing subscriptions, and

communicating through official channels. The information collected may include, but is not

limited to, the following categories:

3.1. Personal Data. This includes information that directly or indirectly identifies the user, such

as first name, last name, age, gender, email address, phone number, and any other information

that the user voluntarily chooses to provide while using the app.

3.2. Registration Data. This corresponds to the information provided during the account

creation and administration process, such as login credentials (email and password),

configuration preferences, selected language, time zone, and digital signature in processes that

require it.

3.3. Automatically Collected Data. The application may automatically collect certain technical

data related to the device and user interaction, including IP address, unique device identifiers,

operating system, browser type, network service provider, application version, approximate

geolocation data (when enabled by the user), crash logs, cookies, and similar tracking

technologies.

3.4. Usage Data. This includes information derived from user interaction with the application's

features, such as access history, usage habits and behaviors, responses to lifestyle-related

questions, progress metrics, participation in personalized challenges, frequency of use of

support tools, tracking results, and any activity performed within the platform.3.5. Payment Data. In the case of premium subscriptions, payment-related data is processed

through third-party providers such as RevenueCat, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These third

parties collect and process billing information, payment methods, transaction identifiers, and

other financial data necessary to process the purchase. Mehayom does not directly store the

user's complete payment method information, but only receives transaction confirmations and

data associated with the payment status.

3.6. Contact and Communication Data. This includes data provided by users when interacting

with official support or contact channels, such as name, email address, phone number, and the

content of communications, including inquiries, comments, or requests for technical assistance.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to

fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy and/or until the user stops

using the platform, closes the user account, uninstalls the app or requests the deletion of their

data. Mehayom may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has given

consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, Mehayom

may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period if required to do so in order to comply

with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the

personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of

rectification and the right of data portability cannot be asserted after the retention period has

expired.

5. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION

The information collected by Mehayom through user interaction with the application is intended

to ensure the proper functioning of the platform, the provision of the offered services, and the

constant improvement of the user experience. The purposes of data processing vary depending

on the type of information collected, as detailed below:

5.1. Personal Data. This data is used to identify and authenticate users, allow access to the

application, manage created accounts, facilitate individualized communication, and tailor the

experience to each person's particular characteristics. This data also allows for the

personalization of educational resources, recovery challenges, and support tools.

5.2. Registration Data. This is used to manage access credentials, configure account

preferences, keep user profiles up to date, ensure the integrity of the information, and enable

digital signatures in processes that require them within the application.

5.3. Automatically Collected Data. This data is used to optimize the technical performance of

the application, ensure its compatibility with various devices, prevent fraud, detect misuse,

resolve errors or failures, and make continuous improvements to the security and usability of

the platform. This data also allows us to develop performance metrics and internal statistics.5.4. Usage Data. This data is used to measure the user's progress in their recovery process,

identify behavior patterns, generate personalized metrics, offer challenges tailored to each

person's needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of the available tools. Similarly, it contributes to

improving the design of new features and the quality of the service offered.

5.5. Payment Data (processed by third parties). This data is collected and processed exclusively

for the purpose of managing transactions related to premium subscriptions, verifying payments,

preventing fraudulent activity, and ensuring the proper provision of the purchased services.

Mehayom receives only limited information regarding the status and confirmation of such

transactions.

5.6. Contact and Communication Data. This data is used to respond to inquiries, respond to

technical support requests, manage incidents, provide personalized assistance, and maintain

communication between users and the Mehayom team.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

The personal information of our customers and users is an important and fundamental part of

our platform. Under no circumstances will we sell or share information with third parties that

has not been previously authorized by the user or owner of the personal data. We share user

information only and exclusively as described below.

6.1. Third-Party Service Providers. Mehayom uses third-party services and tools to ensure the

proper functioning, security, and continuous improvement of the application. These services

include, among others, hosting and distribution in digital stores, data storage and management,

payment processing, sending communications, user authentication, subscription management,

error tracking, usage analysis, multimedia file playback, voice-to-text conversion using artificial

intelligence, and sending push notifications.

These third parties provide functions that are essential to the operation of the platform and

enable us to optimize the user experience and ensure the continuity and reliability of the offered

services. The information shared is always limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfill these

purposes and is protected by appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures.

External services may only access personal information for the performance of authorized

functions and may not use it for other purposes. The data processed in this context is managed

and stored in accordance with the privacy policies of these providers and with the provisions of

this privacy policy.

6.2. Notifications and communications: Mehayom may use the email address provided by the

user to send communications related to account management, application updates,

subscription information, security, and, in general, notifications relevant to the use of the

platform. Likewise, the application may send push notifications through internal systems and

services such as Firebase, in order to keep the user informed about reminders, progress,

personalized challenges, and new features of the application. The user may manage their

notification preferences through their device settings or within the application itself, without

this affecting communications necessary for the essential functioning of the service..6.3. Business Transfers. In the event that Mehayom creates, merges with, or is acquired by

another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Mehayom will email you or

place a prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to another

privacy policy.

6.4. Protection of Mehayom and others. We release personal information when we believe

release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and conditions and

other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mehayom, our users or others.

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud

protection and credit risk reduction.

6.5. With Your Consent. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personally

identifiable information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity

to choose not to share the information.

7. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We grant access to your personal information only to those outside persons or services that

have a legitimate need to know it and in accordance with our privacy policy. We adhere to

industry-recognized security standards to protect your personal information, both during

transmission and in storage. However, it is important to note that no method of transmission

over the Internet or electronic storage is foolproof and 100% secure. Therefore, while we at

Mehayom strive to implement commercially viable data protection methods, we cannot ensure

absolute security of your personal information. We undertake not to sell, distribute or transfer

your personal data to unauthorized third parties, unless we have your explicit consent or are

required by law to do so.

8. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS

In the event of a security breach that compromises the confidentiality of our users' personal

data, Mehayom undertakes to notify those affected in a timely manner. This notification will be

made through the means of contact that have been provided by the user on our platform. We

will take all reasonable measures to protect the information and remedy any situation that

jeopardizes the security of your data.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Mehayom is headquartered in Israel, but the provision of its service globally may involve the

storage or processing of users' personal data on servers located outside the user's country of

residence. These transfers are necessary to ensure the operation of the application, account

management, subscription maintenance, and the provision of technical support.

When data is transferred to other jurisdictions, Mehayom implements appropriate contractual

and technical safeguards to ensure that the information maintains an adequate level ofprotection consistent with international privacy standards. These measures include the

application of contractual clauses and security commitments that oblige the recipients of the

information to treat the data securely and only for authorized purposes.

By registering and using the application, users agree that their personal data may be transferred,

stored, and processed in countries other than their place of residence, always with the aim of

enabling the proper functioning of the platform and the continuity of the services offered by

Mehayom.

10. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Mehayom users, under the data protection regulations applicable in Israel, Europe, and the

United States, have a number of rights regarding the processing of their personal information.

These rights guarantee transparency, control, and the ability to manage how their data is used.

The main rights recognized are:

• Right of access: users may request confirmation as to whether or not Mehayom

processes their personal data, as well as receive a copy of the information collected and

processed.

• Right of rectification: users have the right to correct or update any inaccurate,

incomplete, or outdated personal data stored in the application.

• Right to erasure: users may request the deletion of their personal data in certain

circumstances, for example, when the information is no longer necessary for the

purposes for which it was collected or when the user withdraws their consent.

• Right to restriction of processing: users have the right to request the temporary or

permanent restriction of the use of their data in specific situations, such as when its

accuracy is contested or the processing is unlawful.

• Right to portability: Users may request to receive their personal data in a structured,

commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit it to another provider of

service, provided that this is technically feasible.

• Right to object: Users may object at any time to the processing of their data for specific

purposes, including profiling related to the use of the application or the sending of

communications.

• Right to withdraw consent: In cases where data processing is based on the user's

consent, the user may withdraw it at any time without retroactive effect.

• Right to lodge a complaint: Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the

competent data protection authority in their jurisdiction if they believe that their rights

have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, users must submit a written request through Mehayom's official

contact channels, clearly specifying the right they wish to exercise. The application may request

additional information to verify the identity of the applicant and prevent unauthorized access.

All requests will be responded to within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt, except in

cases of particular complexity, in which case the period may be extended in accordance with

current regulations, and the user will be notified of this circumstance.11. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION

We comply with the requirements of national and international data protection regulations

regarding the protection of personal data of minors. We do not collect any information from

children under the age of 13 (minimum age allowed to collect and process information without

parental or legal guardian consent). If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has

provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

12. THIRD PARTIES

Except as otherwise expressly included in this privacy policy, this document addresses only the

use and disclosure of information that Mehayom collects from you. If you disclose your

information to third parties, whether other users or third parties, different rules may apply to

their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Mehayom does not control the

privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties

where applicable. Mehayom is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of other

websites, platforms or services, including those linked from our platform. Please review the

privacy policies of any third-party websites, platforms or services you access through the

Mehayom platform.

13. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. Changes will be promptly notified

to our users through any electronic means and posted on the platform. Your continued use of

our platform following such changes will signify your acceptance of the changes.
